Advancing Safer Chemicals: AlChemiSSts M12 Assembly Hosted by Avanzare
Driving Collaboration and Innovation for Safer Chemicals in Europe
20–21 November 2025 – La Rioja, Spain
Avanzare proudly hosted the M12 General Assembly of the AlChemiSSts project on 20–21 November 2025. Over the course of two productive days, project partners came together to review progress, tackle challenges, and plan the next steps in advancing safer and more sustainable chemical solutions across Europe.
The assembly featured engaging working sessions to assess the progress of individual work packages and foster scientific discussions. Participants also had the opportunity to tour Avanzare’s advanced facilities, including laboratories, showroom, and production areas. On the first day, attendees immersed themselves in the local culture of La Rioja with a guided tour. A group dinner on Calle Laurel provided further chances for informal discussions, strengthening connections and collaboration within the consortium.
The M12 General Assembly underlined the importance of collaboration, innovation, and networking in driving the AlChemiSSts project forward and supporting its mission to deliver sustainable alternatives to harmful chemical materials.
